The meal plans are designed by Registered Dietitian, in accordance with the most current health and wellness guidelines.

Each day within the plan has calories written next to it, which can be adjusted according to your goals.

The standard plans are within 1200 to 1500 calories – which are appropriate for weight loss for the general population.
