Thank you for answering truthfully to my question!
It seems that you are struggling with drinking enough water.
Don’t worry, we are all in the same boat, we all tend to forget. Water is one of the easiest things to forget.
The trick is to have a reminder, one that just by looking at it you are reminded that it’s time to drink more water.
If you are only drinking 500 ml or less, then your target would be to reach 1 litre in about 2 weeks. Do you think you will be able to do it?
- Go slow, start by adding 1 cup (250 ml) more to your current intake.
- One easy way to do this is by drinking 1 cup of water right when you wake up! This is easy to remember if you prepare 1 cup the night before and keep it next to your bed.
- Target to finish a 1 litre water bottle before 6pm (or before leaving from work)
- Remember to keep the bottle close to you, or you may find it easier to have one for home, and one for work, and maybe even one in your car (especially if you have long commutes).
